The itinerary is accessible to a wide audience, featuring routes designed to be balanced and characterized by a moderate elevation gain, progressively distributed throughout the days.
However, a good level of general fitness and a sound physical condition are recommended to tackle the routes safely and fully enjoy the experience.

Departure from Aosta and entrance into the medieval history of the valley. Castles from Fénis to the Forte di Bard. Cycle paths, secondary roads, and dirt sections among vineyards and villages. Lunch: tasting of Lardo di Arnad at Maison Bertolin. Dinner: typical Aosta cuisine at La Kiuva.
A varied day with culture and taste. Royal Castle of Sarre and the medieval towers of Aosta. Lunch: picnic among the vineyards with tasting from Grosjean Vini. Wine stop: tasting at Les Crêtes. Dinner: gastronomic experience at Maison Anselmet.
Final stage with views of the high peaks. Castles of La Salle and Avise. Aperitif: visit and tasting of Fontina. Lunch: wine & food experience at Cave Mont Blanc. Return to Aosta by 5 PM.
